Separator motor protection alarm active
Check the motor protection switch functionality. Ensure the brake is released. Inspect the thermistor relay and its cabling. Verify the operating water valve V2 is open. Check the drive for any blockages. Confirm the correct number of clutch shoes are installed and verify feed capacity. Improve motor ventilation if inadequate.
TAL product feed temperature is too low
Check the settling tank temperature (for HFO only). Verify the feed capacity and the TAL setting. Inspect the temperature of the heating medium and the temperature regulator. Check the electrical switching stages of the pre-heater and ensure the pre-heater is clean. Examine the PT100 sensor for defects.
TAH product feed temperature is too high
Check the regulating valve and feed capacity. Verify the TAH setting. Inspect the electrical switching stages of the pre-heater and the temperature regulator. Examine the PT100 sensor for defects.
Ejection monitoring current is below offset
Check the bowl hydraulics function with valve V3. Inspect the connector on V3 for looseness. Verify the offset setting for discharge current. Check the water quantity at V3 and the setting of monitoring time for timer 28. Examine the current converter electrically, check the pre-strainer at V3 for dirt, and inspect clutch shoes for wear or oil.
LAHH sludge tank is full
Check the sludge pump for proper function. Inspect bowl hydraulics. Verify the valves in the clean oil line and the setting of V7. Check the closing water pulse T06 duration. Examine the polyamide sealing ring and other sealing rings in the bowl for defects. Inspect the level switch LSHH for dirt or defects.
Feed pump fault alarm active
Check the protection switch and current of the motor circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages. Verify that valves in the feed line are open. Check the feed temperature and the filter in the feed line for dirt. Examine electrical connections and cabling for any issues.
Sludge pump fault alarm active
Check the protection switch and current of the circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages. Verify that valves in the discharge line are open. Check the pipe work for dirt. Examine electrical connections and cabling for any issues.
Vibration stage 1 alarm active
Check if limit value 1 is longer than T25. Inspect the solids holding space and polyamide sealing ring for uneven deposits. Verify the vibrosensor is securely attached. Check if limit value 1 is set too low. Ensure the bowl is properly assembled with correct parts. Inspect foundation fixing for external vibrations.
Vibration stage 2 alarm active
Check if limit value 2 is set too low. Inspect the solids holding space and polyamide sealing ring for irregular deposits. Verify the vibrosensor is securely attached. Ensure the bowl is properly assembled with correct parts. Inspect foundation fixing for external vibrations.
Fault series operation alarm active
Ensure the series key is pressed for both controls. Verify both separators are ready to operate. Check the MPI line for defects or absence. Inspect the micro switch for correct position.
