Separator motor will not start
Check the T10 timer setting. Ensure the brake is unfastened. Inspect clutch shoes for wear or oil, and check the drive belt for wear or oil. Verify the speed setting for operation speed and check the speed pick-up sensor electrically.
Motor protection alarm #01 is active
Check the motor protection switch functionality. Release the brake. Inspect the thermistor relay and its cabling. Verify the operating water valve V2, check the drive, and confirm the correct number of clutch shoes. Assess feed capacity and improve motor ventilation if inadequate.
Product feed temperature is too low (TAL product feed alarm #05)
Check the settling tank temperature (for HFO). Verify the feed capacity and the TAL setting. Inspect the temperature of the heating medium and the temperature regulator. Electrically check switching stages, inspect the pre-heater for dirt, and check the PT100 sensor.
Product feed temperature is too high (TAH product feed alarm #06)
Check the regulating valve and feed capacity. Verify the TAH setting. Electrically check switching stages and inspect the temperature regulator. Check the PT100 sensor.
Ejection monitoring alarm #07 indicates current is too low
Check the bowl hydraulics function with valve V3. Inspect the connector on valve V3. Verify the offset setting for discharge current. Check the water quantity at V3 and the setting of monitoring time for timer 28. Electrically check the current converter, inspect the pre-strainer at V3 for dirt, and check clutch shoes for wear or oil.
Sludge tank is full (LAHH sludge tank alarm #08)
Check the sludge pump function. Inspect bowl hydraulics. Verify valves in the clean oil line and the V7 setting. Check the T06 closing water pulse duration. Inspect the polyamide sealing ring and other sealing rings in the bowl for defects. Check the LSHH level switch for dirt or defects.
Feed pump fault alarm #09 is active
Check the protection switch and current of the motor circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockage. Verify that valves in the feed line are open. Check the feed temperature and the filter in the feed line for dirt. Inspect electrical connections and cabling.
Sludge pump fault alarm #10 is active
Check the protection switch and current of the circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockage. Verify that valves in the discharge line are open. Check the pipe work for dirt. Inspect electrical connections and cabling.
Vibration alarm stage 1 (#11) is active
Check if limit value 1 is set too long or too low. Inspect the solids holding space and polyamide sealing ring for uneven deposits. Check the vibrosensor fixing. Open and clean the bowl, then reassemble using only parts with the same series number. Check foundation fixing for external vibrations.
WMS system fault alarm #15 indicates too much water
Check the product feed for high water content. Verify the T02 filling water setting. Inspect filling water valve V2 for leaks. Check the setting on the evaluation relay and the T22 timer setting. In an emergency, extend T22 during this phase.
