Separator motor protection alarm #01 is active
Check the motor protection switch functionality. Ensure the brake is released. Inspect the thermistor relay and its cabling. Verify the operating water valve V2 is functioning correctly. Examine the drive for any blockages. Confirm the correct number of clutch shoes are installed and check the feed capacity. Improve motor ventilation if inadequate.
TAL product feed alarm #05 is active
Check the settling tank temperature (for HFO). Verify the feed capacity. Review the TAL setting. Check the temperature of the heating medium. Inspect the temperature regulator. Electrically check the switching stages of the pre-heater. Clean the pre-heater and check the PT100 sensor.
TAH product feed alarm #06 is active
Check the regulating valve. Verify the feed capacity. Review the TAH setting. Electrically check the switching stages of the pre-heater. Inspect the temperature regulator and the PT100 sensor.
Ejection monitoring alarm #07 is active
Check the bowl hydraulics function with valve V3. Inspect the connector on valve V3. Review the offset setting for discharge current. Verify the water quantity at V3. Check the setting of monitoring time for timer 28. Electrically check the current converter. Inspect the pre-strainer at V3 and check the clutch shoes for wear or oiliness.
LAHH sludge tank alarm #08 is active
Check the sludge pump functionality. Inspect the bowl hydraulics. Verify the valves in the clean oil line and the setting of V7. Check the closing water pulse T06 duration. Inspect the polyamide sealing ring and other sealing rings in the bowl. Check the level switch LSHH for dirt or defects.
Feed pump fault alarm #09 is active
Check the protection switch and current of the motor circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages. Verify that valves in the feed line are open. Check the feed temperature. Inspect the filter in the feed line for dirt. Check electrical connections and cabling.
Sludge pump fault alarm #10 is active
Check the protection switch and current of the circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages. Verify that valves in the discharge line are open. Inspect the pipe work for dirt. Check electrical connections and cabling.
WMS system fault alarm #15 is active
Check the product feed for high water content. Verify the filling water setting of T02. Inspect filling water valve V2 for leaks. Check the setting on the evaluation relay. Review the setting of timer T22, and extend it in an emergency during this phase if necessary.
Bowl monitoring alarm #18 is active
Check the T06 closing water pulse. Verify water pressure for hydraulics with open valve V3. Inspect valve V3 for dirt or sticking. Check the current value for new clutch shoes and new belt. In an emergency, deselect the function.
Separator motor off alarm #19 is active
Press the program start button before T39 expires. Check the T39 setting. In an emergency, deselect the function.
