Separator motor protection alarm #01 triggered, motor switched off

Check the motor protection switch functionality. Ensure the brake is released. Inspect the thermistor relay and its cabling. Verify the operating water valve V2 is open and check the drive. Confirm the correct number of clutch shoes, check feed capacity, and improve motor ventilation.

TAL product feed alarm #05: product temperature too low

Check the settling tank temperature (for HFO only). Verify the feed capacity and the TAL setting. Inspect the temperature of the heating medium and the temperature regulator. Check the electrical switching stages of the pre-heater and clean the pre-heater. Examine the PT100 sensor for defects.

TAH product feed alarm #06: product temperature too high

Check the regulating valve and feed capacity. Verify the TAH setting. Inspect the electrical switching stages of the pre-heater and the temperature regulator. Examine the PT100 sensor for defects.

Ejection monitoring alarm #07: current less than offset

Check the bowl hydraulics function with valve V3 and ensure the connector on V3 is secure. Verify the offset setting for discharge current. Check the water quantity at V3 and the setting of timer T28. Inspect the current converter electrically, clean the pre-strainer, and check the clutch shoes for wear or oil.

LAHH sludge tank alarm #08: sludge tank full

Check the sludge pump functionality and bowl hydraulics. Inspect the valves in the clean oil line and the setting of V7. Verify the closing water pulse T06 duration. Check the polyamide sealing ring and other sealing rings in the bowl for defects. Clean or replace the level switch LSHH if dirty or defective.

Feed pump fault alarm #09: motor protection triggered

Check the protection switch and the current of the motor circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages and ensure valves in the feed line are open. Verify the feed temperature and clean the filter in the feed line. Check all electrical connections and cabling.

Sludge pump fault alarm #10: program stopped

Check the protection switch and current of the circuit breaker. Inspect the pump for mechanical blockages and ensure valves in the discharge line are open. Check the pipe work for blockages. Verify all electrical connections and cabling.

WMS system fault alarm #15: too much water

Check the product feed for high water content. Verify the filling water setting of T02. Inspect the filling water valve V2 for leaks. Check the setting on the evaluation relay and the setting of timer T22. In an emergency, extend T22 during this phase.

Bowl monitoring alarm #18: current too high during TIMER 06

Check the T06 closing water pulse duration. Verify the water pressure for hydraulics with an open valve V3. Inspect valve V3 for dirt or sticking. Check the current value for new clutch shoes or a new belt. In an emergency, deselect the function.

Separator motor off alarm #19: T39 expired

Press the program start button before T39 expires. Check the T39 setting. In an emergency, deselect the function.
