Description
6MBP valve block — position 2, Control Valve Block, on the Aker Pusnes P-15CU + 320HW windlass — the modular control block that drives the winch hydraulic motor. One CNC-machined main block with engraved ports and screw-in cartridge valves, NG6 flanges and top plates that can carry several stations in parallel. The basic version holds a 4/3 hand-lever directional control valve (item J), a load-independent pressure-compensated flow control system (F, FA, 238, FC and Z) that gives the same flow for a given lever stroke whatever the load at the motor, a free-flow check valve (CA), load control by counterbalance valve and pilot throttle (C and Q), a pressure relief valve across the motor ports (D), a pressure reducing valve for the two-speed circuit (R), an adapter plate to the hydraulic motor (S) and a 4/2 two-speed selector valve (H). The directional and selector valves can be supplied for hydraulic proportional remote control, and the block is sized to the machinery it drives — 6MBP-320 on 320HW winches, with the larger 8MBP sharing the same speed-valve top block.
