Boiler furnace manholes are leaking
Inspect and replace the casing packing for the furnace (Inside) and (Outside). Replace the manhole cover for the furnace (Inside).
Boiler gas return side is leaking
Inspect and replace the casing packing for the gas return side. Replace the manhole cover for the gas return side.
Steam drum manhole is leaking
Inspect and replace the manhole gasket for the steam drum.
Water drum manhole is leaking
Inspect and replace the manhole gasket for the water drum.
Heating coil is leaking
Inspect and replace the heating coil gasket.
Boiler roof or bottom header end plate is leaking
Inspect and replace the roof & bottom header end plate gasket.
Burner atomizer is not operating correctly
Inspect and replace the atomizer. Check and replace the cap nut, gland packing for sprayer, and gasket for sprayer.
Burner ball valve is leaking
Inspect and replace the gasket for the ball valve and the packing for the ball valve.
Burner flame eye sensor is faulty
Inspect and replace the sensor of the flame eye.
