- Groth Corporation, founded in 1960, began manufacturing pressure/vacuum relief valves in 1971. The Groth 12 Series, a new generation of pressure/vacuum relief valves, was launched in May 2026, focusing on higher efficiency and lower emissions.
- The Groth 1200 series of Pressure/Vacuum Relief Valves are designed for standard tank protection against overpressure and excessive vacuum. The 1201B is a spring-loaded version of the 1200A for higher pressure applications (1 PSIG and above). The 1220A model is a variation of the 1200 series that includes a pipe-away feature for venting vapors away from the atmosphere. The newer 12E-TWW-0 and 12F-TWW-0 models are designed with enhanced sealing and higher flow capacities, utilizing 10% overpressure technology.
