MCB’s LED (SYS or REC) does not turn on
Turn on the RCU’s POWER switch. If the AC-line fuse is blowing out, replace it with a spare fuse after stopping power supply to the RCU. Check the switchboard if power supply is not supplied from it. If the PSU is breaking down, contact a sales representative.
OPU’s screen is not displayed
Adjust the screen brightness using the rotary knob. Check the OPU’s operating time; if it exceeds 50,000 hours, replace the OPU and contact a sales representative. If power is not supplied to the OPU, check the LAN cable and reboot the RCU.
OPU can’t operate
If the rotary knob function is in operation mode, push the HOME button on the OPU. If the rotary knob is breaking out, replace the OPU and contact a sales representative.
LCD screen became dark
Adjust the screen brightness using the rotary knob. Check the OPU’s operating time; if it exceeds 50,000 hours, replace the OPU and contact a sales representative.
Data recording stopped (Error 001)
Follow directions from relevant authorities on whether to restart data recording. Refer to the procedure for stopping or restarting recording.
Blackout (Error 002)
Check the switchboard. Turn on the POWER switch. Check the AC line fuse in the RCU; if blown, replace it with a spare fuse.
RCU's built-in battery low voltage (Error 003)
Check the RCU's built-in battery. Turn on the POWER switch and charge the battery.
RCU's built-in fan stopping (Error 004, 005)
Replace the fan. Contact a sales representative.
RCU's built-in battery deteriorating (Error 006)
Replace the battery. Contact a sales representative.
RCU's built-in battery high temperature (Error 007)
Check the temperature of the RCU installation location. Reboot the RCU and verify normal operation; if the problem persists, contact a sales representative.
