MCB SYS or REC LED does not turn on
Turn on the RCU’s POWER switch. If the AC-line fuse is blown, replace it with the spare fuse after stopping power supply to the RCU. Check the switchboard. If the PSU is breaking down, contact your sales representative.
OPU screen is not displayed
Adjust the screen brightness using the rotary knob. Check the OPU’s operating time. If the OPU’s operating time is over 50,000 hours, it is necessary to replace the OPU. Contact your sales representative.
OPU cannot operate
If the rotary knob function is in operation mode, push the HOME button on the OPU. If the rotary knob is breaking out, it is necessary to replace the OPU. Contact your sales representative.
LCD screen became dark
Adjust the screen brightness using the rotary knob. Check the OPU’s operating time. If the OPU’s operating time is over 50,000 hours, it is necessary to replace the OPU. Contact your sales representative.
VDR data recording stopped (Error 001)
This message indicates data recording has stopped to prevent overwriting. Follow the directions of relevant authorities to determine whether to stop or restart recording. Refer to section 4.8.4 for restarting procedures.
AC input power not supplied to RCU (Error 002)
Check the switchboard. Turn on the POWER switch. Check the AC line fuse in the RCU; if blown, replace it with a spare fuse.
RCU built-in battery low voltage (Error 003)
Check the RCU's built-in battery. Turn on the POWER switch to charge the battery.
RCU fan failure (Error 004, 005)
The RCU's built-in fan is stopping. It is necessary to replace the fan. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
RCU built-in battery deteriorating (Error 006)
It is necessary to replace the battery. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
RCU built-in battery high temperature (Error 007)
Check the temperature of the RCU installation location. Reboot the RCU and verify normal operation. If the problem persists, contact your sales representative for servicing.
RCU built-in battery high charging voltage (Error 008)
Reboot the RCU and verify normal operation. If the problem persists, contact your sales representative for servicing.
Time synchronization failure from GPS (Error 031)
Check the GPS unit. If the GPS is working normally, contact your sales representative for servicing.
OPU communication failure (Error 041, 042)
Check the cable connecting the OPU. Reboot the RCU.
RCU built-in battery expiration date approaching (Error 059)
It is necessary to replace the RCU's built-in battery. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
Fixed capsule beacon expiration date approaching (Error 060)
It is necessary to replace the underwater acoustic beacon. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
Float-free capsule battery expiration date approaching (Error 061)
It is necessary to replace the float-free capsule battery. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
RCU fan expiration date approaching (Error 062)
It is necessary to replace the RCU's built-in fan. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
FGU fan expiration date approaching (Error 063-065)
It is necessary to replace the FGU's built-in fan. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
Float-free capsule HRU expiration date approaching (Error 066)
It is necessary to replace the hydrostatic release unit. Contact your sales representative for servicing.
Fixed capsule short store period (Error 101)
The FPC's data recording time has decreased. The image size may be too large temporarily due to radar echo. Check the radar gain and monitor the system for a few days.
Fixed capsule connection failure (Error 102)
Check the cable connecting the FPC. Reboot the RCU.
Fixed capsule recording failure (Error 103)
The FPC cannot record data. Reboot the RCU.

The FFC's data recording time has decreased. The image size may be too large temporarily due to radar echo. Check the radar gain and monitor the system for a few days.
