- The WinGD X92DF, the world's largest marine dual-fuel low-speed engine, was officially launched on May 26, 2020. It was developed by Winterthur Gas & Diesel (WinGD), a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC).
- The X92DF is part of WinGD's X-DF series of low-speed, two-stroke dual-fuel engines, which also includes models like the X40DF, X52DF, X62DF, X72DF, and X82DF. It is the largest bore engine in the X-DF series, designed for modern large and ultra-large container vessels.
- The X92DF is notable for its ultra-high power output, intelligent control, and environmental performance, meeting IMO Tier III emission standards in gas mode without external exhaust gas after-treatment. It holds a Guinness World Record as the most powerful marine internal combustion engine (Otto-cycle) commercially available.
