- DESMI has been manufacturing pumps since the mid-18th century, with the company itself founded in 1834. The NSLV is part of a series of end-suction centrifugal pumps, which includes both vertical (NSLV) and horizontal (NSLH) mounting options.
- The NSLV is a vertical, end-suction, single-stage centrifugal pump, designed for medium to high flow capacities. It is closely related to the NSLH, which shares similar specifications but is designed for horizontal mounting. The NSLV-R and NSLH-R models are enhanced versions that include an inducer for even lower NPSH values and higher speed operation.
