Boero Bartolomeo, founded in 1831, has a long history in paints and coatings, establishing its Yachting Division over 50 years ago. The company launched the Boero Yacht Paint brand in 1991, and in 2010, the Yacht Paint and SuperNavi lines were integrated into the single Boero YachtCoatings brand.
Epotech HB is a high-build epoxy coating within Boero Bartolomeo's range, designed for significant film thickness. Other fillers like Epoyacht and Epolight Win are also high-build epoxy fillers, while Epomar is a finer epoxy filler used for correcting smaller irregularities and finishing.
Epotech HB is chosen for its high-build capabilities, excellent resistance to water and seawater, and strong adhesion properties, making it suitable for severe marine and industrial corrosive environments. It is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy bonding agent that can also function as a primer and, when mixed with sand, as a floor surfacer, mortar topping, or grout.
