Chugoku Marine Paints (CMP) launched SEAFLO NEO CF PREMIUM in August 2016 as part of its new generation 'SEAFLO NEO' range of antifoulings. The SEAFLO NEO series itself was introduced in 2010, building on CMP's long history of developing tin-free antifouling technologies.
SEAFLO NEO CF PREMIUM is a premium offering within CMP's SEAFLO NEO series, designed for ocean-going vessels operating worldwide, particularly in high fouling areas. It is distinguished from SEAFLO NEO-S PREMIUM, which is based on silyl polymer technology and targets vessels with low activity rates.
This model is chosen for its ultra-low friction and spectacular antifouling performance against slime and barnacles, even during extended static periods, thanks to its zinc acrylate polymer technology and the biocide Selektope. It aims to reduce hull resistance, save fuel, and contribute to lower CO2 emissions.
