- Hempel launched Hempadur Quattro XO in March 2015 as a high-performance range of pure epoxy coatings for marine newbuildings. It built upon the success of their existing Hempadur Quattro family of epoxy coatings.
- The Antifouling Quattro XO is a high-performance pure epoxy uni-primer within Hempel's range, designed for both newbuild vessels and maintenance, and can be used on most areas of a vessel, both above and below the waterline.
- This coating is chosen for its excellent long-term performance, which allows for longer service intervals and reduced maintenance. Its fast-drying formulation and wide application window (from -10°C to +40°C) contribute to faster turnarounds and greater flexibility for shipyards.
