- Versiline CUI 56990 is a specialized fiber-reinforced copolymer coating within Hempel's CUI and high-heat protection range, designed to offer superior durability and micro-cracking resistance compared to other CUI coatings like zinc silicates or epoxy/epoxy phenolics which can degrade at high temperatures or during thermal cycling.
- This coating is chosen for its exceptional resistance to a wide range of temperatures, from -196°C to 650°C, and its ability to withstand thermal cycling without micro-cracking, ensuring long-term corrosion protection even with fluctuating operating temperatures.
